Live mix is good only problem it shuts off after 5 mins , goes to first menu , 1 on fastest Internet speed , tried on tv box , Mac, pc ,phone and tablet , all are the same approx 5 mins and shut down to guI No buffering message , no stutter , just stops and returns to guide, Any help please , read other comments , but no solution .
